Samuel: From Lusaka to Liverpool … for love
He’s always been a snappy dresser, our Samuel. His “saga” as we now refer to it (he does go on and on about it) starts in Lusaka, Zambia in the late 90s when he fell head over heels in love with a visiting supply teacher from the UK. Brenda would fill her car up at Samuel’s family’s petrol station every day and they struck up a friendship. One thing, then another, and before you know it our Sam is planning his long journey north to be reunited with his beloved. Sigh! Gets you right there, doesn’t it …

Their "aim to please" is no hollow boast, because they were indeed made with the express purpose to pass on compliments & be all-round good eggs. So each bird is a unique gift that carries a particular message of goodwill to its recipient.
Many of the birds are also proud ambassadors for the original fabrics they wear, designed and printed at the Rosablue workshop.
The Birds of Praise Shop is now open and the packaging has arrived from the printers. So we are ready to take your Christmas orders. We have now started work on versions of the service in French and Italian. So stay tuned here for the latest comings and goings of the flock.
